I'm still sleeping off a food coma from yesterday and diligently avoiding every retail establishment on the planet, which means I'm reading! The folks at Book Blog Social Club are hosting this round up of blogs, so hop on over and see what people are reading over the holiday weekend. I know personally I will be finishing another book for the Fall into Reading Challenge, reading a book submitted for review for Blog with Bite, reading a book I borrowed from a friend over a year ago, and getting through some more Lara Adrian books as well.
What are you reading now?

Enjoy your reading time!
I am avoiding retail establishments too. I'm too stuffed to move so reading is a good activity for the weekend. Good luck with the weekend!
I'm participating also. I'm in the middle of three lovely books. Happy reading.
I almost had to be rolled out of the restaurant yesterday--there was so much food. Like you, I'm avoiding all retail establishments today. I made hubby stop at the grocery store last night on the way home from dinner so we wouldn't have to stock up on anything today.
I hope you have a great weekend of reading!
Hope you're having fun reading this weekend!
It always amazes me how much food there is on Thanksgiving and how much I end up eating! I agree with you on staying far away from retail establishments today...even bookstores! I'm happy to hole up at home & read!
Enjoy your weekend & Happy Reading!
@Beth F, Vasilly, Jill- Thanks for stopping by and enjoy your reading as well!
@Beth(bookaholicmom)- I did end up going out for a little bit of shopping and I definitely wish I hadn't. 45 minutes in line at one store just to get to the register!
@Literary Feline- Thankfully the grocery store wasn't nearly as crowded as the other places I went today, I wish I'd stayed at home.
@Amy- I'm always amazed how we spend all day cooking and getting ready and the whole meal is laid out, served, eaten and cleaned up within like 40 minutes. Still good though!
Thanks again for stopping by everyone!
Thought I'd pull up a chair and read for a while, too. Stop by to visit me if you get a chance. Best of luck with your books!
